More about the Ex - Patrouille / Woon Vaartuig 23,30 Mtr
On behalf of the 3rd owner we offer you this former police patrol ship. After a comprehensive overhaul, the boat is suitable for permanent residence on board. This was carried out expertly by ship carpenters and technicians from a renowned shipyard, among others. Above deck there is a very spacious living room with panoramic views and a steering position at the front. The total living space is 60 m2. You can access the extended superstructure via the door on the rear deck. The many windows let in lots of light, so you can enjoy the view all around at any time. The descent is via the fixed stairs. Here you will find a Poggenpohl kitchen with all the modern appliances you could wish for. In the bow there is an owner's cabin with toilet. On the port side there is a guest cabin with two bunk beds. There is a toilet and bathroom on starboard amidships.
The boat is easy to sail as propulsion is provided by two 12-cylinder MTU engines driven by gimbal drive pulleys. The drives can be rotated 360 degrees. This means that even a bow thruster is unnecessary. The decks are very spacious and there is a solid guardrail. Access to the engine room is via a hatch in the rear. There is also a generator motor that can provide sufficient electricity and the rest of the technical installation such as the Kabola central heating/hot water supply. Behind the engine room is a separate workshop with spare parts and maintenance items.
If you are thinking about living on the water but also want to be able to sail, then this ship is certainly for you.
